Junior Bible Quiz (JBQ):
Junior Bible Quiz (JBQ) was created and designed to help children develop a love for the Bible and an understanding that its truth can guide their lives daily. Junior Bible Quiz offers a fun, exciting way to motivate children to understand the all-important truths in God’s Word. Through cooperative learning, children work together on teams to learn and understand the questions and answers from the Bible Fact-Pak. Then using cooperative competition the children meet with other teams for a fun quizzing match. There are twenty questions in a match, with two teams of quizzers trying to beat each other to the buzzers to get the first shot at the answers. It has been said that JBQ is the fastest growing discipleship program in children’s ministry.

The guidelines and many other official resources can be found on the National Junior Bible Quiz website at
Here is another AWESOME website...
www.biblefactpak.com.  You have to create an account, but it's totally FREE.  On this website you can create your own question sets using specific question ranges...use only 10 pointers, 20 pointers, or 30 pointers, or some other mix...there's lots of flexibility!  It's great for creating your own question sets for studying.  You can even create sample question sets to test over the different Bible Master Seal Awards (e.g. Discoverer, Searcher, Achiever, Master), if your child wants to work toward those.
If you have a Kindle (or Kindle App) you can purchase the official
JBQ Manual, Kindle Version online from Amazon
And yes, "There's an App for that!"  It's called "Study-Pro 2015 JBQ.” It's a terrific, interactive app based on the official JBQ questions.  Search for "JBQ" in the Google Play store for Android devices.  [I assume it's also available for iPhones, but I'm not sure since I don't use an i-Device.  There used to be another JBQ app available for iPhones and iPads too...perhaps some of our Apple friends can update everyone on those apps.] And there's a National Junior Bible Quiz Facebook page too...just search for
"National JBQ" and "Like" their page.
If you'd like to know more about JBQ in Missouri, go to the
SOMO District JBQ page. Wow!  That's a lot of great information!  :)  I hope you find this useful.  Looking forward to seeing everyone at practice on (most) Sundays at 5 p.m. in the Kid’s Wing!
Have a great week,
Christy Wiebe
