Women’s Ministries: Director Janet Little
The Women’s Ministries of Brighton Assembly operates through women of all ages by highlighting the talents of the ladies of the church to empower them in their home, church and community. This includes yearly events such as Ladies Christmas Tea, the January 2013 Winter Event is "Strengthening Your Inner Core & More" and our Mother’s Banquet. The Women’s Ministry also sponsors each quarter “A Word for Women” which has a different theme and activity. This ministry also supports the functions of the Girls Ministries Program (Mpact Club).
TASC Force: Director Rhonda Johnson
The TASC (Together .....Serving Christ) is a ministry team of women primarily over the age of 49 and retired. This ministry is about two years old and has had a profound impact on the women at Brighton. Meeting for relevant teachings, shared testimonials and fellowship, this group meets every other Tuesday morning at 10am.
WORKE Force: Director Rhonda Johnson
The WORKE Force is a ministry team of women primarily under the age of 49. This ministry was new in the fall of 2013. Ann Floyd is the Mentor of this group. There is a variety of topics discussed with fun activities and great time of sharing. The church provides free childcare during TASC & WORKE Force. They meet every other Tuesday at 10:00 am.
